1. 直線球
如金章 , 正負手連續各打十球。

2. 側牆球練習
考生站於前場位置 , 不斷以正負手分別以 側場球擊出 , 合共十二球。 每球衹能擊中一度側牆為準。

3. 直線截擊球
考生須站於發球格以後處 , 將球連續擊出 , 球以不碰側牆為準。 正負手各打出八球。

4. 直線短球
如金章。

5. 吊高球 / 側牆球練習
用吊高球及側牆球分別將球擊至場中前後斜角處。
a. 正手前牆斜線吊高球及負手側牆球。
b. 負手前牆斜線吊高球及正手側牆球。
c. a 及 b 連續打出六球。

6. 截擊牆腳球
考生站於球場中央位置 , 自行以吊高球方式餵球 , 然後將球擊出至近前場之牆腳處。

7. 側牆球 / 直線球練習
連續以正手直線球-------正手側牆球-------負手直線球-------負手側牆球進行練習 , 如是者打出十二球。

8. "8" 字形練習
如金章。正負手合共連續打出二十球。

9. 體能測試
a. 直線來回跑 (1分鐘22次 x 4組)
b. 掌上壓 (25下 x 3組)

THE PLATINUM AWARD

All exercises to be completed correctly in the given time.
Time Allowed: 16 minutes.

1. Drive
10 backhand and 10 forehand straight drives In succession with ball bouncing behind service box.


2. Boast
Alternate forehand and backhand boasts at the front of the court. Boast must only hit one side wall (20 continuously).

3. Volley
From behind service box, 8 forehand and 8 backhand straight volleys in succession . Ball must not hit side wall.

4. Drop Shot
2 backhand and 2 forehand cross court drop shots. Set up from the TEE with a straight feed with the ball bouncing in front of the TEE. Move forward and play the drop shot to front wall - side wall down near the nick.

5. Lob / Boast
Cross court backhand lob from the front and forehand boast from the back 6 continuous shots. Cross court fore hand lob from the front and backhand boast from the back. 6 continuous shots. Shots must land in shaded areas.


6. Volley Nick
Standing on the TEE. Set up with a high slow feed onto front wall-side wall coming back to the TEE. Play across court volley nick. 2 forehand and 2 backhand.

7. Repetition Routin - Boasting and Driving

Backhand Boast - from the front

Ball must bounce in the shaded areas.

8. Figure Eight
From TEE, 10 backhand and 10 forehand on the volley

9. Fitness test
a. court running (1 minute for 22 times x 4 sets)
b. push up (25 times x 3 sets)
