卓越獎章 (限時二十分鐘)

1. 直線球
將球擊至影區位置 , 正負手每邊連續打出二十球。

2. 發球
以下手高軟/吊高發球方式 , 球於前牆回彈後先擊中彼方較高側牆 , 然後輕輕落在對方發球格以後之場區內。
以上手猛力發球方式 , 球於前牆回彈後先擊中彼方較低之側牆 , 然後落於對方發球格以後之場區內。正手及負手各發三球。

3. 接發球
考生須接由評審員發出之球 , 務須將球打出較貼牆之直線球 , 落點在短線以後之己方場區 , 正負手各接三球。

4. 直線球 / 後牆斜線球
分別以直線球及後牆斜線球連續打出共十二次。

5. 直線球 / 高軟側牆球
分別以直線球及高軟側牆球連續打出共四次。

6. 高旋球
考生站於球場中央位置 , 自行以輕力餵一直 正手
線球 , 然後擊出 , 正負手各打二次。 負手

7. 截擊球
以直線及斜線之截球 , 分別連續打出二十球。

8. 考生須站於球場中央位置 , 將球拋至後牆使其反
彈至側牆 , 然後擊出以下指定打法 , 正負手各三球:

.i. 斜線吊高球
ii. 短側牆球
iii. 直線短球
iv. 斜線球
v. 直線球
以上打法以準繩為主。

9. "8" 字形截擊練習
如白。正負手合共連續打出三十球。

10. 體能測試
a. 直線來回跑 (1分鐘 22次 x 5組)
b. 掌上壓 (30下 x 3組)

THE EXCELLENCE AWARD

All exercises to be completed correctly in the given time.
Time Allowed: 20 minutes

1. Drive
20 backhand and 20 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service box.

2. Serve
3 forehand and 3 backhand lob serves hitting side wall high and landing on floor softly near back wall.
3 hard forehand and 3 backhand serves hitting side wall low near back of service box.

3. Return of Serve
3 forehand and 3 backhand returns of serve, keeping the ball close to wall on receivers side bounding behind the short line.

4. Straight Drive/Back Wall Cross Court Boast
Continuous drill of 12 shots
Forehand drive from front
Backhand, back wall cross court boasts
Backhand drive from front
Forehand, back wall cross court boast
Ball must bounce in shaded area.

5. Drive / Skid Boast
Straight forehand drive from the back of the service box forehand skid boast - must bounce behind the short line on the opposite side.
Straight backhand drive
Backhand skid boast-must bounce behind the short line on the opposite side.
4 continuous shots.

6. Cork Screw
Set up from then TEE with a straight feed. Cork screw shot must hit front wall first-then side wall high and land in the opposite back quarter of the court in the shaded area.

7. Volley
From behind the short line. Continuous rally of 20 volleys.

8. Player standing on the TEE throws the ball gently onto back wall, so as to bounce onto side wall. The boast feed must hit side wall, front wall, then near to the nick. Player must run foreward and play the following shots of his/her boast shots.
i. 3 cross court lobs
ii. 3 short angle
iii. 3 straight drop shots
iv. 3 cross court drives
v. 3 straight drives
Shots must be accurate.

9. Figure Eight (Volley)
15 backhand and 15 forehand figure eight volleys from TEE.

10. Fitness test
a. court running (1 minute for 22 times x 5 sets)
b. push up (30 times x 3 sets)
